The Guildhall
The Guildhall and Council Chamber are great rooms for hire to hold a variety of events. The rooms can be hired for meetings, dance classes, birthday parties, exhibitions, family celebrations, local fundraising events.
The Guildhall has a maximum seating capacity of 110 people and standing capacity of 80 and the Council Chamber has a seating capacity of 35 people and standing capacity of 30.
Full disabled access and Wi-Fi is available. The building is licensed for music until 23:00hrs and must be cleared by 23:59hrs. Kitchen facilities are available and accessible from the Guildhall.
If you require a licensed bar, a copy of the TEN (temporary event notice) and details of the licensee/bar operator are required for display on the premises for the duration of the event.

Payment Terms:
Invoices need to be paid in full at least 14 days before the event to fully secure the booking. Regular bookings may be eligible for a discount.
The Maurice Huggins Room
The Maurice Huggins Room, situated in Victoria Gardens, has been recently converted into a well equipped stand alone facility consisting of an adaptable office space with kitchen and toilets (x2) facilities.

Isambard House
The Town Council are pleased to make the recently refurbished Station building available for hire. The building has been completely refurbished to a very high standard and provides passenger facilities as well as providing a large bookable space.
The main space that is available for hire is approximately 120 square metres in size, but has a large chimney breast that does section the space to an extent. It has its own entrance and access to two toilets, and by arrangement a kitchen. An accessible toilet is available in the adjoining Waiting Room which has an interconnecting door.
The main hall area is suitable for meetings, presentations, talks, markets, receptions and many other uses.
We anticipate that the building can safely seat up to 50 people for a presentation or talk with a view of the large screen or 82 more widely spaced around tables.

Allotments
Allotments and community gardens are a great way to grow your own food and enjoy the fresh air whilst learning about cultivation, observing wildlife and improving your mental health and wellbeing.
Saltash Town Council oversees three allotment sites - Fairmead, Grenfell and Churchtown.
We currently have waiting lists for all three sites. If you would like to be added to our waiting list please email enquiries@saltash.gov.uk.
The Pontoon
Saltash Town Council manage and maintain the Jubilee Pontoon located just off of Jubilee Green. Located on the River Tamar the pontoon is ideal to explore the town of Saltash and the Tamar Valley which is a designated Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty.
Saltash town centre has many amenities and is a short walk from the pontoon. Further details on what the

If you wish to travel further afield the pontoon is a short walk to the Saltash Railway Station with great connection links into Cornwall and Devon.
The pontoon has 10 permanent berths, one available berth for emergency services and a selection of public moorings which are available for short stays.
