The Mayor Cllr Pete Samuels and Mayoress Cllr Brenda Samuels visited St Stephens Community Primary School to view their wonderful Window Wanderland displays. They were greeted by pupils who are school council representatives who explained how they made the wonderful displays.

Sep 2021 - Mayor Making Ceremony
On 9 September Saltash Town Council held their Mayor Making ceremony. This is usually held earlier in the year but had been postponed due to COVID.
Part of the ceremony is the annual fruit and hot pennies throwing which was well attended by local children and youth groups.Sep 2021 - Saltash Regatta 2021
The Mayor Cllr Pete Samuels participates in the Saltash Regatta Parade. The Mayor handed out prizes during the Regatta.
Aug 2021 - NHS Big Tea Party
The Mayor Cllr Samuels and Mayoress Cllr Samuels attended the Saltash Library's NHS Big Tea Party to raise funds for the NHS.
Aug 2021 - Saltash Blitz Committee Remembrance Parade
On the 8th August 2021 The Saltash 1941 Blitz Committee held a solemn event, which was attended by The Mayor of Saltash, Cllr Pete Samuels and The Mayoress of Saltash, Cllr Brenda Samuels. A Parade and Act of Remembrance took place to remember the Saltash fallen personnel who gave their lives during the Blitz of 1941.
The Saltash 1941 Blitz Committee have also installed two commemorative benches in Fore Street, Saltash as a permanent reminder of the sacrifice made during the Blitz of 1941.

May 2021 - The appointment of The Mayor and Deputy Mayor of Saltash 2021-22
At The Annual Town Meeting on 20th May 2021, Councillor Pete Samuels was elected to be The Mayor of Saltash 2021-22 and Councillor Richard Bickford was elected Deputy Mayor of Saltash 2021-22. Councillors Pete Samuels and Richard Bickford are pictured together at The Annual Town Meeting with the Chairman of Cornwall Council, Councillor Hilary Frank. The Mayor, Deputy Mayor and Councillors of Saltash Town Council are looking forward to working together for the benefit and betterment of Saltash.
